I was 1st shift Supervisor several years ago. We went through a lot of temps to get a good crew. I liked working there. My wife passed away and I let poor judgement talk me into quitting one day. Wish I had stayed. Looks like it's improved a lot.

I have been employed at WCR for 3 months. I enjoy working here. Everyone has been very helpful to me in my supervisor role. Any concerns voiced to management have always been addressed. Great benefits.

No job is perfect by any means but this is the first job I’ve ever had that believed in me. I started as a press operator going on 5 years now and I have worked all the way up to Quality Coordinator. I love my job and the benefits are outstanding
