Quality furniture but waiting over 8 months for a delivery that was promised in 4 is ridiculous. Constantly getting the “ run around” from customer service too. Lies lies lies….

This is a review for Arhaus as a company and not our local retail store. Unless you are buying a product that is in stock at the local retail store or sitting in their distribution center, do not trust anything they say about delivery times. We are currently waiting seven months for a product that was promised to be in stock and would be delivered when we moved into our new home which was two months after the order date. Product was paid in full on November 10, 2024. We have been given at least four different dates of when this product will arrive. We are still waiting…. We have been told that the product would be ready to be delivered early April 2025, April 13, 2025, at the latest May 31, 2025 and today they have told us at the earliest time that the product would be in stock in the United States will be June 10 2025. The product was ordered on November 10, 2024. This is for side dining chairs. We have spent a significant amount of money furnishing our new home with Arhaus furniture and I will never do business with this company in the future. For what we have received so far, the quality of the product is good but this company is highly unethical and will tell you anything to try to appease you. Again, unless this is a product that is in stock at your local store or guaranteed to be sitting at your local distribution center, I would not purchase from this company.

Own two sofas and two chairs. Quality and durability are not good, especially at this price point. Customer service is... a joke (E.g. they couldn't find my orders in the system, they couldn't tell me the sofa hanger screw size, etc.). There are so many better choices out there at their price point that offer greater quality and competent customer service. To add insult to injury, Arhaus posts a lame response to my online review. Instead of helping customers, they build bots that offer time wasting runarounds. So insulting and disrespectful.

Margaret was sooo helpful!
My daughter lives in Il. Margaret got in touch with a store and manager closer to us to get the table they had chosen. They were able to sit in several chairs to pick just the right ones. It looks fantastic!!! Thank you for going out of your way to make it all happen!

Margaret at the Washington township location is such a sweet and helpful sales associate! She is always available to answer any questions I have and is so easy to work with. All of my experiences at the Dayton Arhaus have been excellent. I have had the privilege of working with Margaret on several occasions and have always appreciated the quality of customer service. Because of this I’ve recommended others who say they couldn’t be happier. Stop in sometime and see for yourself. The manger is friendy and a great listener to support you with any questions or needs you may have.

Love Arhaus, they pay attention to how there furniture is made and it is gorgeous!! Maryrose, our designer is amazing! She cares that we are happy and so knowledgeable about each piece of furniture and how we could design it in our home.
