“Great friendly service from many over the last year. Jackson, Garrett, and Amy are so wonderful and welcoming. Amy does such a great job at the teller position. She is very nice and we talk about our daughters who are both in Wilmington NC. The drive through tellers are so kind as well. Alexis and Dawn are always there with a smile and are professional in their position. I also enjoy the “suckers” candy they present me with. “Clean and professional. Friendly and polite tellers. Never had a hassle in conducting any of my bank transactions at this location. Unfortunately, though, the physical location is quite crowded and provides some difficulty with getting in and out of the parking lot/drive-through. With the many branch locations in the area, Citizens Bank is a rising star!”

No matter the amount of money in your account they treat you like a human being and don't act snobbish like many other Banks I have been to. The people who work there are very down to earth and kind.
