We purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress and motion platform on 8/27/2023. Delivery day came and went, no call no show. When we called Better Sleep Shop (BSS) we were informed that the truck had broken down, we understand things happen, but a call would have been nice. When we made the initial purchase BSS included a $100.00 gift card - that we were told the gift card would be mailed to us. On 10/9 I called and spoke with the General Manager asking about the gift card and was told it was to be emailed. We then learned that BSS had failed to update our paperwork- email address used was 10+ years old. We asked the GM to investigate it and call us back, but never heard anything. I have tried to contact the GM several times by phone and left messages, no return call. I reached out to our sales rep VIA text on 10/14 and 10/30. Still waiting for the gift card.

Travis was phenomenal. He spent time viewing photos and measurements of my new home, understood my decor vibe and price range, and had a plan of action. He furnished my living room tastefully with the extra embellishments to make it perfect for my family. Plus, options for down the road, once I am settled. Matt and Andrew were very helpful with my financing, as well.

I received our couches on October 15 2021 from Morris furniture,the reason why I bought because la-z-boy manufacturer . After 3 weeks the couches flattened. I went to Morris which was the place I bought it and I talked to the Manager. I showed her pictures and she said she would send technician. The technician came in December and he said we need 6 cushions. Then Morris ignored me. when I went to morris again they said go out of store or they want call police

I walked in and walked pass 2 associates that work there. They looked at me, but never greeted me and didn’t ask me if I needed help finding anything, or what I was looking for. However, the lady did feel the need to follow me, but never once asked if I had been helped, if I needed help or anything. They continued to walk pass me, and greet other customers. I don’t know if they thought I couldn’t afford anything in here, but I wouldn’t have come in here if I couldn’t. That’s beside the point, I should have been treated like every other customer. It’s really sad that this type of service still exists today towards certain people. I will never shop in here, and I’ll never recommend it to anyone that’s like me.

Dick in the Better Sleep Shop is a knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly associate. He helped us select our new mattress and was honest throughout the transaction. Ask for Dick when you go in and start sleeping better!
