“I've been a member of various car washes from the west coast to the east coast. This was one of the best friendliest, most helpful, and caring staff. I ordered America's Best car wash. It missed a few spots (which I expected as I just finished a 3000-mile move), and with no questions asked, they ran me through again at no charge. Good job management and staff. I will be signing up all three vehicles here. Extra shout out to the young man, I believe named Stephen, who assisted me.”

“They maintain their equipment very well as opposed to several other car washes in town. It costs a bit more. but their machines and various soap dispensers all function very well. I assume the marginal added cost goes towards keeping things clean and operating correctly.”

“This place is so underrated. I've used them for years, and appreciate them even more in the wake of the many drive-through washes cropping up around here. I tried one of those because it was closer to where I work in Parkersburg, and it left the back of my car unwashed. No attendant to talk to about it. Soft Cloth guys direct you through the tunnel, hose down your vehicle by hand, and wipe it down after you exit the wash. Tip them well, they earn it imo. Prices are good too.”
