Friendly and helpful staff. A nice selection of merchandise that is a step up from the big box stores. Definitely recommend checking pricing. Exact same model was 143% more expensive than one delivered to my door. I wanted to shop local but they wouldn't even come close and the sales lady got an attitude when I asked to confirm the model# to see if their's really was different. (She claimed it was) . Confirmed on the Winsupply website it really was the same thing and price was excessive.

No way to contact this business. Drove up the other day and the sign said by appointments only, and a number was provided. Called the number, rang 4 times, an automated response provided option, and pressed the appropriate button. Went to another 4 rings, got another automated response to select a number or wait and it will be automatically forwarded, waited another 4 rings...and then...it hung up on me. You can't go into the building and the phone number goes nowhere and hangs up on you. Is this a real business? Best business plan ever.

We called the store and got no answer for the show room so I called the parts department and if show room was open he said yes and transfered me. No answer they have a voice mail system but after the message got disconnected. Decided to drive over there, sign on door said appointments only. Called the number on the door same thing no answer then disconnected. Tried 2 more times this time hit 0 to seeing it could connect to anyone. It worked someone from their corporate office. Explained my issue she said she didn't have the ability to schedule appointments. Offered to try their voicemail but I said after 4 attempts no thanks. Guess they are doing extremely well if they can ignore customers like that!

Hours listed online as open till 4 or 430, drove a half hour to get here only to find a sign that says they're by appointment only. So I call to make an appointment - again during the hours they're supposedly "open" - and... nobody picks up. There isn't even a place to leave a voicemail. So they're appointment only, with no way to actually make an appointment. Good luck with that business model, I guess?

So my wife and I went to this establishment to look at toilets. We pull up to a sign that says by appointment only. So how am I supposed to know I need to make an appointment? Oh yeah I guess waste my gas and time with a sign. so I tried to call no answer I then seen an employee get out of his vehicle I asked is anyone here? He says the show room guy is on vacation. So yeah I wouldn't waste my time with this place and wouldn't be surprised if it's overpriced with lousy customer service! Good luck took my business elsewhere since I guess you don't need it!

These people have a locked front door and a sign that says by appointment only but it's literally not listed anywhere here or on their website. Don't waste your time!editing to reply: I did not see that signage. Please consider changing "appt only" signs. That's all I saw. Updating review because you took the time to respond. Thank you for that, I mean it. That lets us know you want us plain folk's business. Agean won't even return a phone call. Still miffed though for how difficult it is to get a commode from a place that won't wreck it in shipping.

They used to be much better when Dave and Deaton were there, these days they are overpriced on a lot of items, but around the same for some more common things…. They have a few great employees left here still, however not enough to cover the above mentioned issues.
