I don’t understand why I can’t get things filled. I wanted to get away from missing weeks or more because my pharmacy just doesn’t fill them. I don’t wanna go back to Kroger, but so far they are tied. Why would you not fill anti-anxiety meds? I waited 15 minutes just to ask them to fill them and then wasted my time and gas going back today and not a single thing was filled. Like come on.

Sent me a text at 10:30 saying my medicine was ready. I get to the drive thru at 3:30 and waited a half hour behind 4 cars. I get up to the window and they said they still have to mix my medicine and to go get to the back of the line. I explained I already waited a half hour and shouldn't have to wait another half hour because it is my turn. He said he couldn't help that people need to pickup medicine and made me go back behind 3 more cars. So rude and unacceptable. Spent 45 minutes in a drive thru line.

5 🐾 review per my pup, Hana. We were heading out of town a few days ago, so went through the drive through to pick up her medications, and the pharmacy team was and always has been quick, friendly and even gave her a doggo treat!! Let’s say she was the happiest pup. Because a little bit of treat helps the medicine go down. Thank you for always being quick and kind. I worked as a nurse and I understand the impact the pharmacy team has to making sure patient needs are met.

One of my favorite stores! Their deli food is delicious and their employees are always friendly and helpful. I had a small issue that came up and called and spoke with Kristina, a manager. She was polite and professional and friendly and left me feeling better about the issue. I appreciate the selection and fair prices.

The pharmacy is very unprofessional and rude. My Prescription got sent in on the 3rd and they still didnt fill my meds on the 4th either!!!! Two whole days and they couldn't get to filling it. Very rude and judgemental!!!!!! I'm obviously not goin here anymore. They purposely held on to my medicine for 2 days because it was suboxone.

My experience with the pharmacy deserves 0 stars. I called in a prescription on Monday and was told it would be ready after 12:00 on Tuesday. I went to the drive thru at 4:00 Tuesday and waited for quite some time before an employee even acknowledged l was there. I was then told that my prescription wasn’t ready. Since l had plans that evening, l told them l would be back on Wednesday to pick it up. Again, l went to the drive thru at 4:30 and was told once again that the prescription was not ready. I was asked to pull back around and get back in line while they filled the prescription. I asked if l could just pull up out front and have an employee bring it out to me. They informed me they didn’t have staff available. My time is just as valuable as theirs so l decided to go back home and try again on Thursday. This makes 3 trips to pick up one prescription. Drug Mart was always convenient but with this kind of customer service, l am going to have to take my business elsewhere.

I get my prescriptions pretty fast and easy here. They have a nice selection of items but the prices are a little high.

I honestly enjoy this place. I can find lots of hard to find and/or nostalgic items here. The deli options are great as well. Bigger stores are getting increasingly terrible to shop at but I've found DDM has reliable service.
