Don't sleep on this salon. It's tucked away next to Whole Foods. It's super clean, and the stylists are pleasant and competent.

Great Clips offers a good hair cut at a reasonable rate. Lynn, the stylist did a good job cutting the small amount of hair I have. But, cleaned it up and we had a peaceful conversation while doing so. I recommend Great Clips and to cash in on the many coupons available online for a good haircut.

We had 2 kids cuts for girls and both were really uneven. The the extent we are going to have to pay to have them recut and fixed.
One stylist was friendly. The other one was more concerned about selling products than she was making sure the cut was even.
***edit we went back the same week and they fixed the cut for free. If you have an issue with a cut they will fix it within a week.

EDIT: Michelle reached out the next evening and offered a recut by her or Bridget. I took the chance and I'm so happy I did. Bridget did an amazing job. She knows what she's doing and I will definitely use her for future cuts!!
Unless you are 100% bald looking for a haircut RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! While hair was damp at salon I thought it looked ok. Once I got home it's horrible!! My lots of layers haircut is 3 layers, top,middle and bottom. The side layers look like an angled bob Karen cut but with a long back. I have huge gap between bangs and side hair. I've attached pics for proof!! Natasha was pleasant, took her time and tried but failed. The other lady was busy talking about her current domestic violence court case. Definitely will never return except for a refund. How about having stylist cut a mannequin head to see if they can actually cut hair!!

I had a horrible experience here. Went in for a haircut and waited after checking in online. After 10 minutes the hairstylist went up to check me in and exclaimed oh, that i should have told her that i wanted to get my haircut, which was rude. There were two stylists, only one was trained in clippers. She let the inexperienced lady cut my hair who didn’t even know what a fowhawk was and was overall just a terrible experience. I got my sides trimmed down and got out as quick as i could. Not sure I’d recommend this location or the people in there.

It may not be the worst haircut I had, but it was probably the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had I took my son and myself to the salon and the lady right out said that since my son is only 2 1/2 years old, she would prefer that great clips not do the haircut service for kids that age so if you don’t want business for kids, you might as well put it on your board and say kids under five or whatever not allowed She has absolutely no people skills as she is absolutely the worst person to be there because she may not like the job but she has no respect for the job. She should not be there if you want this business to grow kick her out now absolutely worst experience
Requested style: We showed her a picture of a baby with a certain haircut and we asked her to replicate it and she said that would take a lot of time and The baby would have had to sit still at the haircut. My baby was sitting still, and we could have continued, but she seemed very reluctant, and as she was cutting the way she spoke to. My kid is also not nice and polite. She is a very rude person, and somebody needs to talk to her to improve her people skills.

Came to this location to get my son’s haircut for school.
The stylist that cut his hair was not pleasant at all!
She spent the whole maybe 5 minutes it took to cut his hair complaining and obviously not wanting to there.
She did not cut his hair how i requested and when the other stylist offered him a sucker the drawer was quickly shut with attitude.
My son was uncomfortable and instead of him walking out happy about his hair cut he cried in the car…
If i heard correctly this was the manager, hopefully i heard wrong
Will not be returning to this location

Paid $20 for the worst haircut of my life. I'm 53. The stylist acted like she didn't really want to be there. She was dressed like she just woke up after a weekend bender and came to work in whatever clothes she had on the night before. Not very professional .
I go to Great Clips for all my haircuts

Girls working on weekdays do horrible hair cut 0 knowledge how to cut but have too much attitude. Worst salon ever visited(i wish can give no star)

My son has had a few haircuts here that were perfect. He had a recent cut that didn't end as I'd requested. I wanted everywhere to be half the existing length on a kid's crew cut.
His longest bangs were 4" and his shortest/ to- be- shaved areas were 1.5". It is so much shorter than I wanted without a single hair longer than 3/4", most only 1/4". I'd told the stylist twice that it was finished because my he needs longer hair or frequent cuts to not have devil horns. I should have been more persistent.
My husband thinks it looks terrible knowing how his hair will look like in a week or two and that it will take months to grow out before it lays flat again. It's only been this short once after we cut his long hair as a toddler, when we noticed the cowlicks. More than anything, he doesn't look like himself.
My previous experiences were 5⭐, this was a 2⭐. It averages out to 4 .
* My husband says, "It looks great now and says I'm being very harsh with my review because every other kid, without devil horn cowlicks, would have a perfect haircut. That is true.
** Upgraded to 5 star ⭐. It actually grew out better than expected. We only had 2 weeks of diverging cowlicks...

I just walked out. I checked in online and sat in the waiting area after being acknowledged. I guess a new stylist was cutting someone's hair and messed it up because for about 30 minutes all the other stylists were trying to help her out and completely ignored me. I was going to wait a little longer until another customer walked in and they took her immediately. I'm not waiting all day for a cheap haircut.
