Very easy to make appointment over the phone, I dropped off keys in early AM and my car was ready in a few hours. Service advisor was helpful and not pushy. I'd certainly come back to this dealership.

They made the process stress free. There was no pressure to make a purchase everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful. The sales staff made sure I found exactly what would fit my needs and were honest in responding to questions. I would 100% purchase from subaru of dayton again and would wager I will!

I just purchased my first Subaru at Subaru of Dayton and my experience was a really good one. My sales person Robert was very knowledgeable and helped me in my research and I eventually purchased a Crosstrek. The car is super nice and I'm so glad I decided to jump to a Subaru.I just had my first service appointment and all the guys in service were very helpful and knowledgeable. Billy was my main contact and he was very professional and helpful. Great work!

I had an awesome buying experience here. Steve was very informative about all the diiferent safety features, engine, trim level and how to drive the 2024 Crosstrek before we even went on the test drive. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was able to help me compare several different models I was interested in. I really felt he wasn't just interested in selling me a car, but in helping my find the right car for me. He didn't pressure me in any way and was very patient while I discussed options with my "consultants " (father and nephew). Overall I just can't say enough nice things about the experience! I am loving my 2024 Crosstrek Limited in Alpine Green. Looking forward to many years of happy Subaru ownership. ?

I brought my vehicle here for service and I'm really impressed. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with Starbucks coffee. The restroom is amazing, it even smells good. They are doing a great job of communicating status and cost of service.

I’ve had great experiences at Subaru of Dayton! They were able to get the car I wanted within a couple months of my initial visit. Financing and purchase was easy. My sales person worked well with his manager and they explained everything thoroughly. They were friendly and professional, never pushy. I love the car. I’ve been in twice for routine maintenance. The service department did a great job. They were ready for me and knew exactly what to do. They were fast, and the waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. I’m very happy.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. We brought it in for a transmission dashboard warning light. They said they saw this error all the time and it as an easy fix of about 1,500 for parts labor and three days. Change first part didn't work. They thought it was a different part. Changed that part. Still didn't work. Brought in the engineers and they traced it back to the first part. Had tech install new part (the first part they changed) in front of engineers and it worked. Picked it up and within 24 hours light was on and now speedometer didn't work. Called and talked to service manager Jerry and he said he would have it towed and get it fixed right. Fast forward they had our daughter's car for six months and charged us over seven thousand dollars. Picked it up second time and within 24 hours light is back on. Took it to Kings of Subaru and within a couple hours they diagnosed it as the last set of parts that Dayton had installed. They tech at Dayton Javon installed a new electrical harness and left it hanging on the transmission bolt so it shorted out. Nightmare to work with. Zero communication and the tech left fries from his lunch on the floorboard . Go anywhere else but here.

Thank GOD for Robert. Robert helped us through this tough situation we were in. I had recently got into a car accident and found this awesome car at Subaru of Dayton. Robert was very kind, personable and caring. He wasn’t just any salesman, but also a human being with compassion and empathy. I am so so thankful he was able to work with us. Took one load of burden off of my shoulder, that’s for sure.

I waited at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. Great service, and reasonably quick. Comfortable waiting area with free coffee. Can't ask for more than that!

Came just to test drive a Subaru and see if I liked it, left with a new car! Robert was amazing and answered any questions we had. He was super knowledgeable on the vehicles and their features, and let us hang out most of the day deciding what we wanted. Ask for Robert and make sure he gives you the 49 cent tour!

Wife and I bought a 2023 Forester Premium a few days ago. The salesman Greg Carroll told me on a phone call they had a new one for about MSRP.We rushed in, and 2-3 people had already test driven it in that short amount of time. Fortunately, we still got to buy the car and are very happy with it. We really felt no pressure or gimmicks from anyone there, and that was a pleasant experience.Ended up with the high end warranty, so we are looking forward to hopefully having more good experiences with this dealership.First time Subaru owners, and extremely happy with the quality and safety of this vehicle.
