“Mr Harstine knows how to cut meat! What I truly like is that he will cut my ribeye steaks to my desired thickness! I like my ribeyes 1.75 inches thick! These grill up to a perfect medium rare EVERYTIME! Don't expect them to cut on demand. Please, use a bit of patience and order your cut if youre wanting a special cut. They'll cut it to your desired thickness and you can go back and pick up your order in a few days. We've been going there for about 2 years. At first I thought, wow, not very cheerful but oh how wrong I was! These people, they are the salt of the earth folks!
