Some at this branch sure seem as though they could use to learn a few things about good customer service. I was there yesterday morning and didn't appreciate they way that I was completely ignored at all. In spite of the fact that I had already been waiting to speak with somebody for a while a customer came in well after me and the guy just completely ignored the fact that I was there and took the other guy right into his office instead of me. The other guy just stood around talking to a female coworker the entire thirty minutes that I was waiting and ignored me as well. That's the banks loss because I was waiting to talk to them about moving some significant investment accounts over to Fifth Third but that will not be happening now. I also bank with Huntington and they were more than happy to work with and make time for me. Fifth Third literally lost out on a 650k investment account because of these two employees and that's obviously just for starters and doesn't include future investments that I would have made.

I normally use the Fifth Third in Bowling Green. But, this one is closer to my house. Very friendly and I highly recommend either branch to get an account. I truly love Fifth Third. Would not bank anywhere else.

Horrible service and banking. Kendra at the Waterville branch should be fired. She could do nothing for my locked accounts and could not provide me any escalation contacts. She talked over me and was very rude. Kendra has no idea what customer service is and must be removed or re-trained to continue to operate in a positive manner for Fifth Third. I called the Bowling Green Branch and was treated as a valued customer and assisted by the Manager there even though I have never done business at this branch. Kendra / Waterville branch - FIRE. I have been with 5/3 for decades but will begin migrating all of my accounts and banking activity to the bank down the road, F&M where I also have accounts. They are always pleasant and quick to serve my every needs. Migrating my accounts with auto-pays and such will most likely involve over a month and many hours but in the end I can no longer afford to continue to do business with 5/3 and the problems that THEY create for me. I will be sure to leave as many negative reviews and tell everyone I come in contact with about the 5/3 Waterville branch. Complaints have already been filed with the BBB and the Ohio State Attorney Generals Office.

Kendra is always so helpful and wonderful! I have been banking with her for YEARS and she is always so friendly and is always willing to lend a hand. She even calls me every month to make sure I am doing okay with my accounts and to see if I need any help.

First of all I want to say how much I love fifth third!! I have been banking with them for years!!! Kendra is such a nice person and is always very helpful!! Whenever I have a question or issue with my account, I know I can always email Kendra or any of the associates at fifth third! Despite what Chris Terry said, Kendra is a wonderful person and she cant help things that may be out of her control. Kendra has always been so wonderful and helpful and very reliable. I go to her for anything!! Kendra is amazing and deserves a promotion!!!

I love this branch and Kendra is amazing!! Despite what Chris Terry said, Kendra is amazing and is always very friendly!! I have been banking with her since I was 18 and she has always been there for me whenever I had questions and always follows up!!

I have been banking with 5/3 since moving to Ohio 15 years ago for my personal and business banking. I've been going to the Sylvania & King branch for the last 7 years. I met Kendra there when she was the new assistant manager about 3 years ago. Anytime I have a question or problem, she is always happy to help or lead me in the right direction. Since she left the Sylvania branch a few months ago, I have had several negative experiences with the Branch Manager in Sylvania, whom I've also known for many years. After the Manager screwed me, I decided to call Kendra at her new branch. She gave me the correct information and helped me with what I needed. Anytime I need a banker (other than deposit or withdrawl that I still do in Sylvania), I go to Kendra. It's worth the drive to Waterville to have her personally handle all my banking needs. Infact, just this week, I had to call customer service for a credit card problem. After being bounced around 3 times and wasting 1/2 hour of my time, I emailed Kendra. She got back to me right away and was able to solve my problem quickly. She is always so patient and understands ALL my personal and business banking needs.
