I had back taxes I hadn't filed since 2013 (due to ongoing contesting an IRS decision which would have necessitated redoing all my taxes if I won, and I did), and first went to Jeffrey Ogg, CPA, downtown Toledo. When I received a larger return than he had sent and THEN I learned he had ignored the tuition reimbursement due which cost me quite a lot, I found this place.Sharon took three years of taxes still to be filed in hand and got it all shipshape as we sent it in. This was October 4, 2020, and the silence from the IRS went on for months. When I heard from them, I received two different set of instructions, one stating that they had LOST one of the years, and another attempt on their part went awry due to mistake in address.Anyway, the saga went on: we refiled one of the years, one of the employees called on the "professionals only" IRS line ( I didn't know there was such a thing: for years I'd been unable to raise ANYONE at the IRS) and most of the issues have been resolved. The IRS just stiffed me on one last year remaining, but they are in the wrong and Generations is going to handle the problem.I'm sure they lost money on handling all of the mess that (apparently) the pandemic caused. What I know is this: the IRS screwed up over and over and Sharon and Generations handled everything for the original reasonable cost of doing my taxes.Thank you!

They have done my taxes two years in a row and they reworked my taxes several times in order to find out what benefited my situation the best. I really appreciated the extra mile they went.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. I was very disappointed about my service. this place is ridiculous. they do not know what they are doing and screwed my taxes all up. I am now fighting the IRS with no help from this office!!!!
