Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Don’t return phone messages. When I was dealing with closing my late husband’s accounts they made it as difficult as possible. Apparently there was a credit card debt they did not tell me about but immediately turned over to a collection agency. They never mentioned there was anything owed. If I could have given them a negative star I would have.

So we went to the ATM to withdraw money. Upon attempting to withdraw the ATM shut down and swallowed our debit card and did not dispense the cash. However, our bank account with Chase was debited the money and a foreign ATM fee charged. No we are without money and debit card to go fto another bank. Upon speaking with a teller we were told we are about to close you need to call your bank. I also called customer service and was told to just call out bank. I was also told that the teller can give us back the ATM card but they refused. They stated because it wasn't a Key bank ATM card they can't give it back and that they were closing soon and couldn't help us. I now have to wait until tomorrow to get this addressed by the actual branch. Horrible customer service to push us away and refuse to assist. Customer Service stated they can go into the system and challenge the charge and give us back our debit card. Sounds like a lazy bank teller who just wanted to get home.***EDIT***So after finally speaking with the branch manager received explanation. This was an ongoing issue that simply could've been resolved with proper care when the situation happened. Customer service, the bank teller both that I spoke with, and their PR team have no idea what the processes and procedures are. They simply push the issue off for someone else to deal with in hopes that it goes away. Disgraceful customer service.

My experience with the staff has been excellent. They go above and beyond with answering question or helping with whatever your banking needs are.

Far and away the most friendly and caring staff I have encountered at any bank. Caitlyn and Tina are great people. Also, the manager here, Matt Keel, is very approachable and knowledgeable.
