    Nurse faxed blood work order over and tried for two days to reach them to make sure it went through. When she finally answered she responded “when I get busy I don’t answer the phone.” Went there this morning (fasted) around 8:30. They open at 7. Nobody there.     They are open. This is the lab we always use and have had wonderful experiences each time. Very friendly and efficient! :)

    My labs never made it to McLaren’s Hospital for my scheduled test. They couldn’t tell me why. I will be going to ProMedica for future medical treatment.
