“Of course, as many may believe also, I only planned for a short-term need. I rented at S. Reynolds Rd maybe five years or so - initially a cc large unit, then a smaller cc unit. They were both clean, as were the public spaces. I never had concerns with my safety there or my items being compromised, billing or management. When facility mgt changed, and items were needed that had not been originally requested, home owners insurance docs, new staff were courteous, offered explanation and was always willing to accommodate if requested. The move in- out-process was seamless. If a billing adjustment was needed for your "birthday" ot was handled efficiently. When I 1st move in, I had new furniture delivered there so, didn't need take advantage of the free van use offer. However, a few years later when I did and mgt had charged, I explained the situation and was permitted to use the van for free. Just a good experience with this facility and staff.”

“It's a pretty good store looks like they need more space because there is so much squeezed in there, employees have always been friendly and courteous. They are really picky about the clothes they take which I suppose is a good thing for people buying the items but for the stuff they do buy from you, they seem to pay people a fair price. They have always seemed to do a good job letting me know how long it will take them to get done and they do call you when they are done with the items you bring in.”

“I came home while my husband was overseas to stay with family and needed a place close to store all of our household goods. I contacted Cindy, who was VERY friendly, and offered to meet me the same day and show me the units. Paperwork was quick and painless and the movers moved our stuff into the unit. We had issues with some things being broken from the movers and they continued to mail all the paperwork to Lock-It-Up instead of my home. Cindy offered to forward all the mail and called every time something came in. VERY personable and VERY helpful. If ever I come home during a deployment or unaccompanied tour again I will definitely be using Lock-It-Up on Eber! She also owns the unit on Airport Highway across from the airport. Thanks for all your help Cindy!”
