We are on the road, and developed an issue with our tie rod. The service department took us in with a 1 day notice. They fixed our truck and had us back on the road within 4 hours. We are very appreciative of the efforts of these folks.

WARNING!!! Do NOT buy from this dealer! Do NOT trust this dealer! We bought a car from them on line based on the posted mileage as 26000 but when it was delivered the actual miles was 31000! I'm guessing this was illegal (false advertisement) and they owe me a credit for the extra 5000 miles!!! If they will lie about this they will lie about everything! DON'T TRUST THEM...

Nate was the person that helped us at the counter. He was rude and gave the impression he didn’t want to help with anything. We had a prescheduled appointment for an oil change and ended up waiting over 2 hours for it to be done. When we told him we had the premium plan, he told us we were wrong without any further explanation. He then charged us for 2 different types of oils for our oil change. They also didn’t reconnect the tire pressure sensors until we pointed out it needed to be done. We’ll never return to this location or recommend it to anyone else.

My brand new Ranger"s front right tire picked up someone's loose screw. Unforunately, it was very near the sidewall and was rendered unfixable. Nick, in the service area, found a tire locally and took care of the rest. Got my truck back the same day. That's what I call service. Thanks Nick!
