My F-350 dually was experiencing multiple dashboard errors upon starting. Todd, my Service Advisor, was excellent. The team diagnosed the issues, reprogrammed the system, and resolved the issues. Top notch professional team.

They were very easy to schedule with and then shuttled me home. Once my car was completed they came and picked me up. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant to talk to.

My repair was costly. But I wanted a professional to fix it and I paid the price. This dealership has problems with the way they deal with the customer. I bought my car here. I have had the same lack of care towards my time ever single time I bring the car in. This repair took 3 days because no one took my name the first time I called. They always have a scheduling issue. Even a simple oil change takes hours and that's a schedule problem not the mechanics. They don't even wash your car like other dealerships.

Unfortunately, I’ve met the Steve Rogers Ford team as a result of some warranty issues with my 2022 F-150. We are chasing CarPlay gremlins, but this is the best service dept I have ever dealt with. Brewer and the techs in the back are good people!

I have to say,the customer service has greatly improved since last summer. If my car needs additional things, they now come tell me before they are done with what I originally came for. If I have to return,the parts can be ordered without me coming back just for that,or if an easy fix,they do it while I'm there. Saves me unnecessary crosstown trips from Northwest Toledo and much appreciated!! The service writers are a great crew!

So disappointed. While I made a bad deal with the information that I knew at the time, they sold me a truck with a completely rusted frame. If you ever due buy a vehicle from them make sure to ask about any undisclosed damage or ask for them to do a full service inspection on the vehicle and make you a copy. While I didn't plan I'm buying another vehicle so soon, I definitely will not be coming back.

When calling talking to Roger in parts about my recall. He was so very nice . All the service advisors in the service desk were so nice friendly and funny to. I have to say the first time ever going to a dealership and everyone was awesome. Great customer service. I have already recommended Steve Roger's Ford .
