“I am so thankful for the vets, vet techs and receptionists at South Suburban! My kitten was sick and took a turn for the worse suddenly. The receptionist was so kind and told me to come in right away. The vet tech assessed and quickly took care of my kitten. The vet, Dr Mackenzie Crisler, was so calm and reassuring. My kitten received top notch care and made a complete turnaround. Thank you South Suburban for being there for me!”

“They were fantastic. I brought my kitten in to get neutered and they were fantastic with him. I came in at 8 AM with him for drop off but stayed since I ubered over. Normally pick up for this service is anywhere between 3 and 5 PM but because they were considerate of my time they put him first in line so I could leave sooner and had him with me just after noon.
Staff were incredibly kind and courteous.”

“I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have taken my dogs and cats to Hartman's starting back before Dr Myers was even there. Dr Myers and his staff have always been kind to our pets and to us and provided excellent care. I have even been able to contact them when on vacation to send records and or advice if we had problems on the road. I can't say enough about how much they have helped us with our pets from the time of that first visit when they were babies until the last one when we had to say good-bye. We appreciate the continued care from Dr Myers and the staff that have to be experiencing a lot of stress caring for our pets especially when no more can be done to prolong their lives.”

“Banfield takes care of all 3 of our dogs and they are wonderful! Our one dog is very particular about who he likes in his personal space, but he always does well at Banfield and likes everyone there! One time after he woke up from anesthesia they said he was sad, so they laid in the kennel with him. So sweet! Whenever we have something unexpected happen that needs a vet visit, they are able to get us in quickly. Definitely recommend Banfield to others, and their wellness plans make budgeting for their care easy!”

“Midway got our boxer, Mack in to be seen within hours. He either had a stroke or a vestibular thing. They treated him for both conditions and we walked out with his medications in hand. Very compassionate and kind. Within 24 hours, Mack improved greatly and is recovering. We thought he was a goner and a different animal hospital refused to even see him and told us to go all the way to Columbus. Midway is the BEST!”

Thanks to everyone here, we are able to have more time with her after an alarming elderly-dog scare.
