Todd the counter guy is a real nosey annoying employee butting in giving his opinions telling you what you asked for isn't what you really want when you aren't even talking to him really wish he would learn to mind his own business and help his own customers instead of bothering people who don't ask for his opinion. Again Todd's a real problem here I avoid the store when no one else is there to help

I ordered a sort for my car.. never got a call that it was in so I reached back out. Was told the part never came.. so they reordered in. Told it would come in the next day, didn’t come. And I had to reach out again. Got a text that my part was in, went to go pick it up and it was no where to be found. The store manager was very unprofessional.. I think his name is John. I was told by an employee he likes to send stuff back without asking any questions. He said after 30 days it gets sent back well it was only 10 days.

I called the store to make sure the part was there I gave the kid the part number he tells me it pulls up something different so I read him the part number again and he said don’t treat me like I’m dumb we don’t have that part when the online store shows they do if you can’t do your job go work at Walmart as a greeter

Johnathon is AMAZING ? ? He went above and beyond for me as the customer over a crazy battery!!
Thank you so much made my life easy this week being a general manager myself, i was at a loss with my schedule this week on HOW i was going to get the battery to the dealer, pay for this refund that, and then figure out how to do all this with my schedule this week.

Usually you can find needed parts and tools here. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a part for an older model vehicle, call first. They may need to ordrr it, or it may not be available. For most vehicles 20 years and younger, though, there shouldn't be any issues. I have no experience shopping for parts other than automotive, though, so I can't review them concerning motorcycle, truck, or other equipment.
