Cell Phone Stores in Wauseon, OH

“We were in town from Illinois, my phone had been giving me trouble for a couple of weeks went to two different stores by my house and got absolutely no help for anybody at Verizon at either store that's in Geneva Illinois or DeKalb Illinois. Without my phone I had no way to get home no navigation, I was told where Verizon store was by people at the gas station and the young man in there helped me he sat on the phone with corporate, figured out it was my SIM card ,talked to corporate, the stores it by me told me I'd have to get a new phone and pay$400 for it? Why? It was a technical issue,that was Sunday my new phone came today, The stores in Geneva, and DeKalb couldn't be bothered, I almost switched to TMobil because of them. So to the young man with the blonde hair and tattoos, thank you very much for doing your job instead of turning me away, I appreciate you sir, and thank you, we got home. You deserve a raise! You should come out here and ready these lazy employees how to do their jobs not just accept a paycheck they don't deserve”
