Went through the menu trying to talk to someone about getting a battery there was no option for automotive so I clicked 0 had someone transfer me and have been sitting on hold for 15 minutes and still nothing what is going on ware they can't get to their phone or just ignoring it

As Wal-Marts go, this is a pretty good one. Service is fast. Folks are polite/friendly/helpful.

No longer are they business friendly. Only had 2 checkout lines open last 3 times I was here. Have to go through a regular line for tax exempt. About 30 min. wait every time. Think I will start going elsewhere.
