Nicest and most honest man you'll ever meet. Very educated and likes to explain things. Was very helpful to me and charged me literally nothing after spending 30 to 40 minutes evaluating my car as I was working out of town. I will use him in the future for all mechanic issues. And would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Good communicator and top notch service. I have been brining my cars to Mr. Burton for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with him and his teams work. Priced very fair and is honest about what is needed, Nothing more/Nothing less. Highly recommended!

We found ourselves in a tough spot when our camper broke down in Waverly on a Sunday night. After calling around on Monday morning, we were met with dead ends until we reached Joe. He arrived at our vehicle within 20 minutes and diagnosed the issue on the spot. He promptly ordered the necessary part and arranged for towing. Remarkably, within just a few hours, we were back on the road, thanks to Joe and his fantastic team! If I ever have to break down again, I hope it’s in Waverly, Ohio!

I had transmission and 4x4 issues on my S10 Blazer. I took it to Joe, and he recommended replacing the transmission and the transfer case. I paid 3K for this to be done, and it still did not fix my 4x4 issue. He had the vehicle for 7 months before I gave up on him and took it elsewhere. The second place I took it to had the 4x4 fixed within 4 hours. What took Joe 7 months of failure took another shop 4 hours to fix it. I absolutely would not recommend Joe. He seems very smart about vehicles, but he is not motivated to do the work.

Definitely bringing my cars from here on out. They told me they were busy and couldn't get to it till Monday. Got a call Monday A.M. it was done.Also the price quoted was exactly what they charged me. On top of that they did a few minor repairs that needed to be done at no charge. 5 star plus. Thanks!!!!!!
