This place is actually really annoying to go to. So I'll give an example of what just happened a few days ago
I currently don't have a license so my aunt goes and picks up my meds for me. Well she was going to pick up my bupropion and got there, and the person there said it was already picked up, which it wasn't. So she leaves and texts me about it, so I call CVS and ask what the issue was (kindly) because it should've been there. Well they tell me my medicine actually wasn't picked up and they were going to get it ready. So my aunt goes back again about 10 minutes later, and they once again said it wasn't ready and that it'll be ready in the morning. So the next day comes, she heads to CVS, and guess what? They said it's not ready. So again, she waits until 7:30 pm, and finally, I get my meds. This is ridiculous. I need bupropion for mental health, and was withdrawling from it for 2 days because of their mistake, I didn't sleep for 31 hours. Imagine if it was something they needed to keep their self alive, you're just going to play around with it? Meds are important and this was absolutely ridiculous. Definitely switching to Kroger pharmacy.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They will message you and say you have a prescription ready then after you wait in the line of 5-6 cars in front of you and finally get to the window they say nothing is ready. They always say your insurance isn’t going to go through and it will be 100-200 dollars then when you tell them you’re going to leave them they offer you a “discount” to make it 20-40 dollars. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the CVS in Waverly. Not only was the staff unprofessional, but they were also rude. When I mentioned that I had never experienced any issues with other pharmacies, the woman I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful And told me that I could go other places that she don't like people that complain. Furthermore, they refused to accept my daughter's insurance for her anti-inflammatory medication, which was upsetting. The staff's insinuation that the prescriber must have had a questionable past was unprofessional and unacceptable. I plan to share my disappointing experience with the doctor and would advise others in Waverly to avoid using CVS.

This is the SLOWEST pharmacy ive ever seen. Took 2 days to fill vitamins I was prescribed. Kept telling me 30 minutes and I waited and nope. TWO DAYS!! How????? Lazy staff.

Called just to simply ask if I could drop a package off for UPS. The clerk that answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Sighing heavily when I asked if it was a UPS drop off site and then telling me she feels like all she does is work for UPS. Well if that is part of the stores services then it's not my problem!. Basically hung up on me. I will NOT drop my package off there so she doesn't need to worry about working for UPS tomorrow because of me!!! Get a new job or better customer service skills

This isn't about the staff, but the fact that you can't call in and actually speak with anyone. All it does is force you to leave a voicemail and pray that they call back in time. It's stupid.

Can never get pharmacy to answer phone. Always automated phone service. There are questions that need answering by direct conversation with a person. With no option to do so very very aggravating

I called yesterday to get my prescription filled for today Sat.9/14 only to get there and have them say they Do Not have it!!! Several people there were told the same thing!!!! Why? What excuses could they give that would make sense especially since I called them ahead to make sure it wasn't as ready!!!! Poor service for sure!!!!

The employees at CVS in Waverly Ohio are so nice and helpful. They feel like my family whenever I walk in the store. They greet me with a warm smile and friendly hello. They provide excellent customer service. Thank you to all of the CVS team there for everything you do for our community!!!

Google says they close at 8pm. Apparently this CVS runs on their own time because I rolled up at 7:30 and they were closed, or at least closing up. Lights on, one car in the parking lot, but doors wouldn't open.

(NOTE: This store is in Mobile, Alabama ---not in Waverly which your system has posted).For the first time since this store opened, I had exceptional service from SHANNON! Because of his commitment to exceptional customer service I will return.\n In December 2019, shortly after the store opened, we drove through the pharmacy line and were horribly treated by the pharmacist. I had just left the hospital following major Orthopedic surgery and she would not fill Dr. Mark Perry's script for Hydrocodone. So, my friend, Dr. Ron Allison, who picked me up, said he would write a script for me. The pharmacist went off the rails and said she was going to report him for writing scripts for friends or family ---and she indeed reported him. Because of that one incident, my scripts are filled elsewhere, even though I am covered by AETNA. The store is only a two minute drive from my house, so I really wanted to have scripts covered there. I could not drive for six months and wanted my friends to not have to travel far to pick up my meds. It really was and is a shame. Shannon helped me find Vitamin D3 5000 units which I desperately need for several reasons for anemia. So because of Shannon, I will shop in the front of the store.\n I tried reporting that pharmacist to the regional manager but he really didn't care. I was not well enough to report her to governing and licensing boards. But I am thankful to sing praises for Shannon ?

My CVS store is amazing! Windi, Chris and Melissa in pharmacy and the rest of the team are truly great people and great at their jobs! The store is always clean, well stocked and everyone is friendly and helpful! We love our local CVS!
