I like this bank for the most part. The only problem o had is that i wasnt made aware that in order to have something direct deposited you had to add 00 on the end of your account number.The staff is friendly though

Very bad service, I had a few charges the I had disputes was around $400 or so. I followed there instructions to the letter, I filed the disputes, I then went abs filed the police report, got the copy of the report, went down to give it to them as I was told to do, the. Immediately said we’re closing your account mind you I have never filed a dispute, so I called the officer that took my statement, he went In to figure it out the lady told them that my disputes were over $4000 I didn’t have havenearly that much in my account $1300 max, I don’t recommend using this bank I’ve basically lost about $400.

I have had great service and every person I have met has been nice and polite. Very helpful staff.

Very poor management at the branch now that managers changed. Wife closed her account after multiple run-ins with rudeness.
