I cannot say enough great things about K and R Cleaning Services. I purchased the home of a heavy smoker, coated in nicotine. I was skeptical at first but K and R went above and beyond, even purchasing additional cleansers for the job. Amber and Alicia were phenomenal, working all day and doing an amazing job. They came out to assess the house for what we wanted cleaned. She wrote everything down. They were friendly and easy to work with ,but however they didn’t clean everything she originally said they would. The contract states kitchen cabinets inside and out. Well they only did a few cabinets inside. The ones that needed to be cleaned were not! I ask them if they did the back bathroom and she said “yes”. They didn’t clean that bathroom like she said. They cleaned the front bathroom and it was shiny clean. What they cleaned was a good job, but the price I paid they should’ve cleaned everything!
