This McDonald's will and does mess up EVERY ORDER! WITHOUT FAIL! I WOULDN'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS WAYNESBURG MCDONALD'S. The SPEEDWAY STAFF ARE ALWAYS WONDERFUL NICE AND KIND. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND KNOW WHERE TO FIND EVERYTHING YOUR LOOKING FOR!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPEEDWAY!!!

Went to speedway in Waynesburg. Store #6239. Went to buy some beer. The clerk named Denise asked for ID which is reasonable. I did not have my ID on me. It was home and I didn't want to go back and get it. I told her I buy beer almost everyday here. She said I need to scan ID for me to be able to pay. I said no way because I'm never I'D for beer at this location and am always able to pay without scanning ID. She said in a very snarky tone " Well you were lucky last time." My question is how was I able to buy beer previously without ID to scan before the items In question were purchased? It doesn't make sense does it? I went home for ID and made the purchase without any further verbal interactions. Incident occurred around 7pm Wednesday, July 19. I learned my lesson.

Poor customer service. I didn't catch the cashier's name, but she is not very nice when you ask for her assistance. I dislike going there for that reason. I only go to the McDonald's. I bypass the gas station because of the rude workers.

I usually give places high ratings. However this gas stole $25 from my credit card. I was given a Visa gift card and they said it declined so I just paid cash. Then the next day I checked the card and it did go though. They refuse to give me back the $25 even though I have proof. This isn't the first occurrence of odd things happening with customers credit cards when they shop. Buyer beware!

Always go to get gas and cigarettes, but yesterday very rude ,with a smile though. Don't the cashiers know that the public can see them rolling their eyes. Very unprofessional.

Stopped to get gas the price said . 2.69 started pumping and the price on the pump was 2.79!! That's false advertising. I could of went a quarter mile away and got it for same price that was advertised!!!!
