“This postoffice is a joke. I put mail to be sent in the box, they put the flag down and don't take the mail. They leave the door open on my mailbox and my mail gets soaked.im writing a letter to the postmaster General. This is incompetence to the ninth degree.”
“Called and spoke to customer service about a package to be delivered in Lima that hadn’t been scanned in at any point in the journey (likely due to a faulty barcode, my fault).The rep was very understanding of my stress and provided an explanation as well as the reassurance that it would be manually keyed in either when it arrived at the office or when it was delivered. Sure enough, it was marked as delivered.”
