“This is all cute place for a quick stop. A little bit of history and a little bit of novelty. We had to see it just because we are curious about the history of places we visit.”

“As someone who helps operate a business we use USPS as a carrier frequently. My experiences with the staff at the Russells Point location have always been incredibly positive. The staff goes above and beyond to help me when I have questions or when I’m in need of assistance. Serena, Rock, Evie, Susan and the entire team are wonderful. I am so grateful to have them as a local resource. Keep up the great work! You are appreciated.”

“This postoffice is a joke. I put mail to be sent in the box, they put the flag down and don't take the mail. They leave the door open on my mailbox and my mail gets soaked.im writing a letter to the postmaster General. This is incompetence to the ninth degree.”

350 W High St, Lima OH 45801
“We arrived as they were closing, and the nicest clerk, Aja, still helped us with a smile. We were picking up a package we needed even though I had put a hold on our mail. Long story short, she went above and beyond to help us. Amazing lady! Thank you.”
