While I love the mulch from Debi's, their delivery lacks. They have a disclaimer about issues caused by delivery or any damages caused by it. I understand it to a point, but the lack of maintaining the hydraulic system on their delivery truck is something that makes no sense and why I would not recommend delivery by them. My neighbor and I ordered 7 yards of mulch and his driveway is a mess from hydraulic oil spots all over it. I love their mulch like I said, but unless they start protecting peoples driveways from oil spots, I can't recommend their delivery.

The ladies there are the awesome!!! So nice and helpful. They absolutely helped me out and gave me great advice. The topsoil/compost mix was the bomb.

The customer service was great. There was a small problem with our order and the owner came personally to the house to discuss it. Debi fixed the issue and demonstrated that customer service is still alive at some business. We will definitely buy from them again in the future.
