“I've been to this post office a few times to mail packages and letters, and I've always received good service. Today, Holly smiled and was very friendly as she efficiently mailed my package, sold me stamps, and gave me my receipts. She was also professional, quick, and courteous to the 2 customers in front of me.”
“This place is always busy, but the wait isn’t too bad. Fully stocked with all your mailing needs! The parking lot is weird because there is a specific driving entrance and exit which confuses people, so you have to follow maps until you know better. Definitely had some awkward driving situations since it’s one-way.”

“Got a notification that my package was being returned to sender. I called this Waynesville office and the employee there found the package and held it for me so I could come get it. My fault - I typed in the wrong zip code. I really appreciated the quick action and kindness. All the years we lived in Waynesville, we received excellent service from them.”
