I'm a Realtor for eXp Realty - Love Ohio Living Team... I had a client that needed a couple of relatively easy fixes done ASAP in order to close on time and to meet a couple VA's appraisal stipulations.Every contractor in town is busy, including Andy and his team. But after sharing a few photos and the scope of work via text with Andy he all but ensured me that he'd be able to get us in sometime quicker than what we were previously quoted.Well Andy exceeded all expectations... he fit us in and made it out to save the day 24 hours later!I can not say enough about this man!!!
