They have a team of qualified technicians that have a tenure working as a team along with management that has the best interest of the customer at heart and is 100% invested in doing the right thing. Sure, repair times are delayed right now due to many economical reasons but that does not take away from the knowledgeable staff and effort by management to get cars repairs correctly and promptly. I have not only had my car repaired there recently but referred a long time friend there who could not figure out what was wrong w her van. After being looked at several times by other technicians, it was fixed the first time when Cronin got it.Job well done!”

“FIVE STARS to Jeepland in Centerville located at 6950 Loop Rd, right down the street from the service center. Jeepland used to have service done at their dealership location, however approximately a year ago they moved their service over to PCJDR (95 loop rd).****ZERO stars to the service department at PCJDR Centerville****I took my car in to PCJDR to get a few minor issues resolved (flat tire/finicky turn signal). The appointment was at 1130am. I was told that I would get a call back around 2-3pm with an update. Unfortunately, the service department did not give me a call. I had called 6 times attempting an update, but got the run around with their phone system. They ended up keeping my car overnight STILL without giving me a call to explain what was going on. The next morning, I again called multiple times and continued to get the run around. At that point I was so frustrated with the lack of communication that I decided to not have my service done there. I showed up to the service center and asked for my car back. My service advisor did not give an explanation for the lack of communication. I asked to speak with either of the service managers and was told they were not available. They gave my car back without much hassle. No repairs had been completed on the car.On a whim, I decided to stop into the dealership that sold me my Jeep to see if they could help out with connecting me to a manager. Jamie Brown was the gentleman who helped me out. He went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Jamie called the manager of the service department at PCJDR, Len, so I could explain what happened. Jamie then assured me they would fix my car, AND he set me up with a loaner so that I could be mobile again. Jamie's actions saved Jeep from losing a customer. Him and his team at Jeepland Centerville were respectful, understanding, and extremely accommodating. It is rare to have such customer-based service. I would highly recommend to the owners of Jeepland centerville to move their service department back to Jeepland's location. Many thanks to Jeepland's team for helping me out!!”

“Great service department. Repairs and maintenance are done quickly and thoroughly. Their communications with the rental car place next door at the Collision Center needs improvement. 2/3 times the service department said the rental car place was alerted that I was coming to pick up a car but the rental place never got the message, causing me to cool my heels for an hour for a rental car to be prepared.”

“Had been looking for a used 2023 Outlander PHEV and found a few in other states I would have to fly to. Then found one in Dayton a couple hours away. Began dealing with Todd S. by text and then on phone. The price was higher than some others but then Todd let me know they had lowered the price. I asked him LOTS of questions and he always got back to me right away. Decided to buy but told him could not get up there for a few days. He said they don't hold cars but since I sent him a photo of check he would check with manager. Called back and agreed to hold it. When arrived Todd let us take it for quick test drive. Car was better than the photos. He and Brian G. quickly got everything ready and processed paperwork. Brian was very easy to work with on all paperwork. Was on the road in about 90 minutes. I have bought many cars from out of state, mostly from private sellers. Had several negative experiences with dealerships. But this was one of best I have had at a dealership. I would highly recommend them if you are in market for a pre-owned car!”

“We were getting ready to drive the car about 300 miles on a weekend trip. I took my car to them for a simple oil change and they notices a major issue during the inspection of the driveshaft. They changed the oil and replaced / resolved the issue with the drive shaft and I am back on the road. Had i taken my car to a quick oil place the issue probably would not have been discovered and we might have broken down on the highway. Thanks Guys for your attention to the fine details.”
