“I went to another Subaru dealer in Cincinnati and they didn't hardly speak to us upon arrival, even to welcome us. The gentleman who ended up helping us didn’t know anything about the vehicle I asked about and couldn’t come up with anything more than I could see on the online listing. Eventually we were told that the vehicle wasn’t available so we left, rather disappointed. On a whim, because I needed a new vehicle relatively urgently, we decided to go to Kings Subaru. We were greeted at the door by Frank, who proceeded to go over the options on their lot. He found the Crosstrek I was looking at and pulled it up for us to see. He went over the carfax with us, line by line, and took us out to look for the “minor damage” that was reported. It turned out to be a scuff on the lower bumper with no additional damage. Frank then got the keys and, while my trade in was being appraised, we went on a test drive. Frank led us on a very reasonable test drive and when we got back he did his best to meet my financial goals regarding the car. Ultimately, the trade amount was fair for a car close to 200k miles and they adjusted my monthly payment down to within my budget. Then I worked with Ken to iron out the financials and sign my life away. Ken did a wonderful job of thoroughly explaining everything, especially when it came to their warranties and add-ons. Everything happened in a timely manner and we never felt pressured at any point. As painful as the car-buying process can be, these folks made it simple and minimally stressful. Thanks Frank and Ken!”

I was pretty amazed with their selection. They seem to take a lot of pride and stand behind the cars they put on their lot. I was able to get my daughter her first car for commuting to school.

After an unfortunate situation with another dealership, I brought my 2022 Atlas to Kings VW for repairs—and I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. My vehicle had been towed and left with standing water inside due to negligence elsewhere after it completely shut down both mechanically and electrically. What could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience was handled with absolute professionalism, kindness, and compassion by Kings VW.
From the start, Kings VW stepped in and saved the day. They provided me with a courtesy vehicle for the entire duration of the repairs, even though the process took some time. Jenn—an absolute angel—kept me informed every step of the way, checking in regularly and communicating even when there were no new updates. That level of care and transparency meant everything to me.

Never received the ones for the 2022 at all, and am still waiting on the ones for the 2026, now I know it's just floor mats, but if a place cannot keep their word on something as simple as floor mats, can't trust them with anything else.”

“On my wife's account but anyways I just bought a Buick Lesabre off Paul Brun and it's a great car for only $2,500. As to be expected because of it's age I'm redoing lines on the car and all but hey it's a used car not a new one. Some reviewers don't understand that if your going to drive any used cars you really need to know how to work on them or at the very least have some knowledge about car systems and repair. Anyways this guy's alright in my opinion and I believe a Christian which makes him a brother in Christ!”
