Every where i look up my address its a waynesville one and ive never had the issue before where my mail has not been delivered but held at the post office. I check my tracking yesterday to see it is held there and telling me to pick it up and im busy so i go the next morning only for them to tell me they sent it back to Cincinnati and my tracking no longer tells me where it is. Lady in pink was nice and trying to help but lady in floral was so rude to us. I just want my package and now its gods know where

This is the 2nd time Ive gone on vacation this year....requesting my mail to be 'on hold' both times...and both times were a complete failure! 1st time, I submitted my request via the internet. On the way home we stopped to pick it up...and the clerk said its not here. I said, then it is in my mailbox. Told her i was not happy! Now 6 mos later, I was sure to put my yellow Hold request card in the mailbox with flag up....that way I know the carrier saw it. Our Hold was to end yhis coming Monday.
(Its Saturday as I write this) Came back today, checked the mailbox....and just what I expected...a huge pile of mail ! Complete FAILURE! ****Sidenote.... i am a mail carrier myself...(for a different town).....i am extremely dissappointed in the unprofessionalism at this PO. ?

By far the laziest mail person. Our mailbox is hit everytime within the first 2 weeks we put one back up. No matter how or where we put it up on the only side of the road permitted per "postmaster"We have requested to put the box on the other side of the road and the "postmaster" will not return a call. I am tired of putting up mail boxes to be knocked down again.Then to top it off, I try to order in bulk from Amazon to prevent it coming from USPS but occasionally they send one item and the mail person sits at the end of our driveway, stares at our home and backs out without delivery attempt.USP-lack of S. Service. Why raise rates when service level lowers?

Got a notification that my package was being returned to sender. I called this Waynesville office and the employee there found the package and held it for me so I could come get it. My fault - I typed in the wrong zip code. I really appreciated the quick action and kindness. All the years we lived in Waynesville, we received excellent service from them.

About once a month we get someone else’s mail and only God knows how often our mail goes to someone else.

AFTER HAVING MY MAILBOX DESTROYED IN A ACCIDENT TRYED TO CONTACT POST OFFICE TO LET THEM TO HOLD MY MAIL SO I COULD RETRIVE IT ON SATURDAYS TILL I REPLACED IT , WAS ON HOLD FOR 10 MIN . NEVER SPOKE TO A PERSON. WASTE OF MY TIME & TAX DOLLARS.

I was on hold for 45 minutes. Obviously the office I closed the last 15 minutes of my phone call. You think I would've gotten some kind of answer that says were closed or recording or something.

My postal deliver on E State Rte 73 put my box next to my trash cans that were moved out by the road for pick up. My neighbor saw it and grabbed it for me. I have had first class letters sitting next to my mail box by the busy road and boxes shoved into my mail box bending the box to make it fit and very difficult to get out! Too lazy to drive to my house and drop it off. ☹ï¸
