Dr. Vincent and her technicians were hands down the best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I have had dogs my entire life and this is the best experience I have ever had. The environment and care at Bigger Road Veterinary Center was welcoming, homey, calming, and meticulously clean as well. My cat Spanky was his ninth client, and when she turned nineteen and I finally had to put her to rest, Dr Andrew, the kind and loving vet and man that he is, cried right along with me, in addition to sending me a lovely letter about my sweet girl after her passing. You won’t find many vets that have the care and concern about your pet, and for you that Dr Andrew and his staff have!I’d never go anywhere else!!! Five stars ⭐️”

“The staff and Dr. Clinger are great! My pets typically see Dr. Clinger, and one other Dr who was also great. Dr Clinger is super practical and realistic about the approach to a health issue. She'll note a stepped approach, so you can see if a more moderate course of action will work and then note what next steps should be if we're not seeing results. She really listens to your concerns and uses her expertise to make a plan. My pets and I are really grateful for the quality, knowledgeable, and personalized care we get from everyone at the Feedwire location.”

“My horse was very sick and Lebanon Equine came out and took the time to help with her. They came out multiple times to hang fluids and check on her. The vets are very helpful and text frequently. They helped save my horse and I will forever be grateful. They gave her a chance when I was told by my usual vet to just put her down. I have since switched to Lebanon Equine and they will be my vet from now on. I highly recommend them !!!!!! Moonshine is now back to herself and you can't tell she was ever sick . “My cat had not been acting like her usual self so I opted to take her to Care Center. Due to her very unstable condition, they were able to bring her back to diagnostics and treatment immediately after speaking with reception. It appears that if a pet is in very unstable condition they are able to see them very quickly.
All of the staff I encountered, which in my case were primarily Dr. Taylor, as well as Megan, Erin, Hannah, and many others, were incredibly compassionate, understanding, and helpful. Especially when it came to answering any questions and helping me understand my cats condition.
Although my cat later passed at a different facility, all of the care my cat received was top-notch and I would most definitely recommend this location for your pets emergency healthcare.”

“Dr Shannon and her team at the Dayton Mall branch was so kind and patient when my little Shadow was diagnosed with leukemia. They allowed my husband and I so much time to grieve when we had to put her to permanent sleep. I will always be grateful to them. When I returned to have my other two babies tested, she was once again so kind and answered all concerns. Thank you Dr Shannon, Jacquelyn and Sarah. I will never forget your amazing consideration and also to Faithful Companions who cremated my little Shadow. They really went above and beyond.
