How is it that a gas station only has one operating pump handle out of like 10 and still charges a dollar more a gallon than other cities for their gas? Not to mention, they are always out of things inside the store like, how do you forget to order straws for your fountain drinks? Not trying to be disrespectful, but what is going on here??
