“I have had several episodes before where a fraudster tried to use my account to pay for something. Huntington Bank has caught it, sent me a text, I refused the transaction, and the bank cancelled it, saving me from having to pay for the fraudster's purchase. This time, the fraudster took $5000. from my savings account (all I had), and sent it to an outside account. Huntington caught it! I don't know how the bank does it, but I thank God that their fraud alert people are doing such a good job. I don't know if other banks are so alert for fraud, but I am NOT going to change banks and find out.”
