We've used FFCU for many many years. They have always been responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not one problem with them. I plan to continue to use them.

When you call into customer service they are absolutely not on the same page!Hometown bank told me they took care of an issue, but cs continues to tell me the issue is still not fixed.Another incident that happened to me......I pulled all my accounts out except my loan because a main line cs told me my kids had no savings account there and they did! So I went to hometown bank and closed the accounts and opened accounts with that money at another bank. I was afraid that money was gonna disappear.I also did not like the charges for using the ffc card at a ffc ATM. Even to check a balance there is a charge! To get my own money at that banks ATM? Ridiculous.Hometown banks staff is very nice....but how this overall bank runs is not good.

FFCCU is alright. I been a member for over 10yrs. Staff is not on the same page. I was told for auto refinance they do not go by how old the vehicle is, and the mileage; they go by the current value of the vehicle what it is worth. the vehicle was worth more than we owed. After taking the steps to be told the vehicle is too old. Misleading.

Don't use their mobile check deposit if you want to use the funds anytime soon. They claim 2 business days but even if you deposit early on Thursday, it doesn't count. You'll wait at least until Monday.

Always great service and a friendly staff I come here frequently. They have a greats kids savings account where they match up to $5 deposit every month. Fun way to help kids save. Plus the place is always clean and the staff help you quickly with any transaction you might have. Plus you don't have to worry about all those extra account fees.

I've had an account here for years and they have always been nice as family. Great bunch and a great bank. Never had a problem going on 7 years. Highly recommended

The worst experience ever with them. If you use BTC or Square cash don't use this bank they don't accept payments through them at all and it takes forever to get a hold of someone. I think each branch should have their own phone number instead of having one number for one branch which so stupid and frustrating! Need better improvement for sure and a better system

Spoke to someone from the Wellington office today and she asked is there anything I can do to help you and i said your credit union has high overdraft fee she said i make note of that as a member i would think the fee would be taken back but i guess that not important to them its all about the money screw the member cant wait to pay off my loan and then close my account IF YOU ARE GOING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT THINK TWICE PEOPLE BE SMART LOTS OF OTHER BANKS WITH LOW OR HARDLY ANY FEES DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID

My parents set me up with a savings account here when I was a small child. I have had the pleasure of doing business with this credit union my whole life. The staff recognize me as soon as I walk in and it has always been quick and easy no matter what transaction(s) are being performed. Highly recommend.

Beware, FFCU reports incorrect data to credit report. Had an account closed for years and they sent incorrect data to the credit report companies
