“amazing manager and amazing tennents. the manager actually does her job and follows the rules. she gets rid of the people who abuse the rules and makes sure everyone is taken care of. she doesn't let anyone walk all over her and makes sure everyone is happy and the apartments are taken care of.”

“I wanted to leave a review for this housing authority because although they have very limited resources & ability to help everyone who needs it due to such a big need for help in this area, they are incredibly helpful and communicate very well. In all my interactions with them I’ve received prompt responses - and the reason I wanted to leave this review was due to the housing specialist I spoke with, Kylie Prater. In the world today, empathy, compassion, communication, and dedication to being kind to other humans is really important and it is very easy to get jaded with certain lines of work, such as these. I appreciated all my interactions with her very much, she is very good at her job & deserves the recognition. I was impressed with the Jackson MHA as a whole and wish them nothing but good things & more available resources in the future!”
