Hunter H. gave me the best experience I’ve ever had with Autozone! I’m on the road with a food stand 6 months out of the year. I’m based out of Tampa so I usually carry all the tools needed but on this occasion I didn’t have the one I needed. Well hunter not only told me about the loan tool program but also helped me get the pulley off a little motor as well! Definitely the best employee I’ve ever met at autozone. Thanks Hunter!

Folks that work in thus wellston shop are very nice and helpful! Purchased a battery and wiper blade which they installed expertly and quickly. Very attentive to their customers needs. Highly recommend this store

My sister and law and myself have spent the last week basically living in the hospital worried about a very sick family member fightingnfor thwir life. Last night she decided to go grab us food and go grab herself some stuff from her house. On her way she decided to stop and pick up a new battery bc she was having problems with hers and her car not starting. She stopped at Auto Zone and was instructed to shut her car off and that they would change the battery for her. After she purchased the battery the rep decided he would not change the battery leaving my sister in law stranded in the parking lot bc he car would not start without being jumped, and he would not give her a jump. She had to call and wake up her elderly aunt to come from over a half hour away to give her one. I'm not sure of the reps name that was working the night of Friday Oct 28th, but he gave absolutely the worst service possible.
