Poor communication and lady was very hostile when I called to check on my car after 3 days of no contact. I was honestly shocked! I’ve gone to them for almost a year, always been wonderful but the lady began to get hostile when I asked questions about my car. It’s my only way to work and 3 days of no contact I just wanted an update.
