The unloaders were nice enough, but the gate people are humorless drones. Try to make them laugh or show cordiality & they will file a complaint against you. Unbelievable. At least they have a restroom.

No lumper
The process seems a bit wonky but just listen, follow directions and it’s smooth. Workers were nice.
No overnight parking however there is plenty of space at the Exxon less than 1/2 mile away.

Good place to deliver. Plenty of backing space, reasonable unloading times. They will not take deliveries to the warehouse early, limited space. Arrive 1 hour before you're appointment time

Ms. Penny at the window is amazing extremely nice and friendly easy in and out drop and hook slide your tandems when dropping trailers great place to deliver and pick up

the guard and office staff were very professional and friendly. the dc/shipping office is extremely filthy. it needs a thorough cleaning. the floor and walls are atrocious. a good scrubbing everywhere, even the coffee machine, and a paint job would represent General Mills so much better. i am certain their CEO and/or Board of Directors would be appalled at the condition of this shipping facility. (i could not even imagine what the driver rest room looks like) sad, and i do love cheerios…

Extremely Slow. Place Stinks. Couple nice people there but there’s an old lady in the driver check in that will just keep her back to you and not even acknowledge your existence. Rude. I get you live in Ohio lady but you don’t have to take your frustration out on everybody else. Silly goose.

Great job for the time I was there. Up until the end that is. I started on the floor & worked as an operator for years & slowly moved up until I had my own team. Can’t say I loved being a leader in the bakery - Because the upper management expects way to much from their leaders in the bakery department. It’s a very skilled & complicated department. My stress level was thru the roof. I worked hard on improving the department, but they wanted more & more & most of it had nothing to do with my job. I missed several important issues that could have been prevented- if I was only able to to my job the way I knew to do it. They kept me so busy doing un-related task that I lost touch with the things that really needed done. The majority of the employees in that department is corrupt & back stabbing. The fryer attendants don’t do their job & think they are above the leaders & think they have their own policy & the TL’s just let them do whatever they want. Everyone who goes to this department ends up being just like the rest. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. Upper management for this department wants the impossible & the pay does not fit what they expect out of you. This department needs better supervision & leaders need more help & guidance from their superiors. What I had to go thru running this department was just awful. I was thrown away like trash so fast. I had plans I wanted to achieve & they took that opportunity from me. Not a single person in upper management would listen to what happened & how. Just that easy. They still don’t know or understand. I still refer people to GM who is looking for a good job ( despite what was done to me ) And if the right person is reading this - Do something about this department. I have lots of ideas that could help. Unfortunately I’m no longer there, but it’s pretty simple to fix the issues in this department, but it will probably never be resolved. Respect is one thing. One thing for sure is - The employees in that department needs to learn how to treat one another & stop the drama & rumor spreading, cause it’s awful in that aspect. They have no respect for their authority figures & the job could be done so much better.

If I could give this place 0 zero stars i would...Guard shack staff was ok..then get to receiving office at door 26 btw..I don't know the lady's name but she was very friendly and nice with the male trucker in front of me..then I come to the window and her demeanor shifts..I got a racist vibe cause she was very nasty with me..I've been driving all night very tired and this is what I had to encounter..some people shouldn't be in customer service if you can't at least fake it like your happy to help everyone..she didn't try to hide it at all..very rude and distasteful..(primeincdriver)

Fast drop and hook, but they make you fill out way too much dummy paperwork like make us do their work for them. Cmon General Mills do better. Modernize.
