This just happened yesterday a second time. I got my email saying that my package had been delivered, but there was no package with our mail. Me and my dad even waited for the postal truck to stop at our home and they said there was no package for our house. My attached address for the expected package is correct, though.
I dislike how this keeps being common nowadays for myself and others, and I have too much anxiety and respect to just look around the other houses on the same street for my missing packages.

Wouldn't even leave a 1 star but have to to leave a review. Phone number has been non working for many months. Employees are rude and if you have a question or concern they act like you are such a bother. Was sitting at post office to pick up a package they refused to deliver before 8am and they didn't even raise the window closer to 810am and you could hear the employees talking badly about someone sitting there waiting. Thought we had the situation taken care of for our packages to be delivered but here we are still not getting our packages to our home.

I wouldn't have given you one star, but to write a review I had to. That being said, I tried to keep this matter private but your phone has been disconnected and doesn't work. I also tried the 800number, a joke. My problem and issue is this...the next time I have a package to beDelivered contact me,I'll pick it up myself. I'm sick of having my package thrown at my door instead of being placed on my doorstep.I've seen lazy, but this is disgraceful. If you don't like your job, find another there are plenty out there! If some items weren't breakable I'd probably let it slide. Then again that's probably the problem. No one takes pride in their work anymore! Normally this isn't a problem and everyone is great. But this is pathetic.
