As a mid-new employee working here has been astounding. The company's atmosphere is a great balance to work in. Even with the pay starting at $12, with ginko systems being fairly new it's worth it. You make your own experience at this call center and with the scheduling, this company has been more then flexible for me a busy mother of 4. My advice, don't just go by what you read here, go and check it out for yourself. One person's bad experience can be your best job.

Worked there just about 2 weeks. They tell you " everyone there is willing to help you" but ... If you DO ask or need help .. No write up no coaching... Just "Your fired". Other than that its a laid back place to work. Keep an eye on your time card though. They do talk in circles neber getting to the real story.
