Dropped my car off for tire repair. Service manager said it can be done he was very efficient and friendly asked me if I was going to wait I said I would pick it up later in the day. Came back car was parked and ready to go. Service manager was still there and just as friendly. Great Job!

I use to recommend Grismers to others in West Carrollton. The staff was so nice and they would call with updates; and very easy to communicate with. However, that has changed. My last appt was made for first thing in the morning so I dropped my vehicle off the night before. Waited all day for a call and finally had to call them just to be told there were other appts ahead of mine and I was down for that evening. Even though I made an appt for that morning. I Had to call them again after a day of waiting. The next time I call I am told I’m going to need a new engine but they haven’t checked everything yet so they want to rule out other things first. My husband called later that evening just for Kyle to start a conversation with "as I told your wife". They finally called me the next day to tell me 2 things need to be replaced. I go to pick my vehicle up. First, it's a hefty price to fix but also to think about what I'm going to do. I ask for the print out of what is wrong with the vehicle but Kyle couldn't find it no where. He said he printed it out to keep but no idea where it is and he would email it to me. 24 hrs later and no email and no phone call. He did however have no problem with the paperwork with what I owed for the diagnostic test. Maybe Kyle is over worked, or has too much going on at once that he can't keep up. I don't know. I do think it's sad when you can't provide the customer with the information they need about their vehicle. Especially when you charge so much just to tell me what needs to be done. I guess he misplaced my email.
