Customer service was on point. Tammy greeted our group, offered menu suggestions and advised us of the specials. She was not intrusive when she came to our table and was very accommodating to the special needs of our little people. Pizza was good too!

Most times it is a bit difficult to get the order put in due to the conversation itself. I would definitely say, though, that everything else about this place is wonderful!!! Always ❤️

Continuously messing up orders. I've been here on a few different occasions and my order is never right. When I try to call about it I can never get through. I will no longer be visiting this location

The food is consistently as good as ever.. but I'd just like to say that the staff there are exceedingly kind and gracious. My husband and I are beginning to get a reputation there for falling short on our bill. So embarrassing. We've fallen on hard times lately. The first time the gentleman allowed us to pare down the order. The second time he told us about getting deals through the app. This last time, we had to take some things off the order AND ask to go to the ATM. As we were pulling out of the lot.. An angel there named Tammy came out and gave us our order. She covered us. And didn't shame us. That goes a long way.. and we will never forget it. God bless you, Tammy.

I had a lovely time with my family, the food was in a timely manner and tasted great. They now have trivia games to where you can earn discounts or free pizzas if you win.

Used to be when you went to Pizza Hut you got a plate with your pizza not a paper plate and you got a real knife and fork to cut your pizza not a plastic fork and knife very disappointed for eating in covid's over go back to the real knife and fork and plates also too busy doing carryout and pick up deliveries then to really wait on the people that walked in to dine it's probably why people don't

My latest experience with the West Carrollton store was far from even satisfactory with the poor presentation of the product to the lateness of the delivery, my pizza didn't have the correct or amount of toppings ordered and after presented over an hour late after numerous times to contact the store was not given a reason for it after spending over $20 on one pizza with supposedly a deal.

Ordered the cheesesticks specifically without the seasoning. (My receipt even says so) well they must have forgotten and instead of making new ones, tried to cover it up with more cheese. What a waste of my money. Too bad it was almost 10:30 and they close at 11 or someone one would be remaking my order..so grimy to try and cover it up like that instead of just making what I ordered and paid for. I'll certainly never order from here again.Edit: response from the owner is useless, exact same thing they say on every bad review they get..no offer of making it right or refunding peoples hard earned money, even with photo evidence of the issue. SMH. Do better. I hope these reviews do as they intend to and stop people from wasting their time with this embarrassment of a pizza hut. There's another location a few miles away that is far better and never pretends like they can't see you when you come to pick up your order.

The 2 for 20 dinners says boneless drinks. They only have bottles and 2 liter. They need to give a discount. They only have Dr Pepper, water and mountain dew.

I can definitely find far better pizza, and customer service. I showed up to pick up my pizza and was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. My pizza said it was ready, and they continued to cut pizzas. Yet they couldn't ring out pizzas. So it seems like getting the cart in front of the horse making more pizzas that you can't sell. Maybe you should be working on calling your help desk and getting your computers back online, maybe? It's also in bad taste to threaten your customers after waiting and wasting their time. And the amount of time I waited I could have had replacement food and been home. So yes I was not happy. If your employees and your manager cannot handle communications about the matter. Maybe they should find a job where they cannot have people arrested, who have a hungry family waiting at home. ONLY IN WEST CARROLLTON BUSINESSES, DO I FIND THIS SORT OF BACKWARD WAY OF LOSING CUSTOMERS. I wish I could say there is a business that I like in the West Carrollton or Moraine borders. I don't know what the issue is exactly. But it's sincerely about the quality of people they hire. Not good...

It had been a few months since ordering from Pizza Hut because my family usually prefers other places, but we decided to order from here and it was a great decision. The food was amazing. Hot and fresh and delivered well before the time suggested. Glad I decided to have the stuff crust for dinner. We definitely will be ordering more frequently. Thank you.
