Absolute joke of a place — avoid at all costs.
I drove two hours after being guaranteed the parts were ready and in good condition. When I arrived, the parts were completely trashed and unusable. Total bait-and-switch.
To make it worse, one of the workers inside the yard was rude, disrespectful, and clearly didn’t care. No apology, no accountability, nothing.
This place wastes people’s time, lies over the phone, and treats customers like garbage. Save yourself the gas, money, and frustration — do not come here.

I was looking for fender for my Mercedes E55 from Car-Part.com found them, after they sent me pictures of the part. Since I live in Cleveland, I had my sister pick it up in Dayton and ship it to me—she has no knowledge of car parts and was simply following instructions.
When I received the fender, it was completely different from what I ordered. On top of that, it was rusty, scratched, and dented. This is unacceptable. I trusted this company to provide the correct part in the condition shown in the pictures, but instead I received something unusable.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the quality control. I expected a professional and reliable experience but was let down. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves issues like this promptly. First 2 Screenshots they sent and other 4 pics what I got🤦♂️🚨

After I was told they had the bumper cover I needed. I called later on and they told me they would hold it for me as I was going to be there the next week. When I got there I was driven around their yard to find that no such part existed in their yard. After diving for hours to get there I was shocked at their lack of knowledge on what parts they have in inventory and it is still listed as available on car-part.com. These people are totally inept and should be avoided completely!

Bought an engine from them. I called, paid the deposit. They said it would be available. The next day, I ended up having to wait five days later until I had to get extremely firm with them and tell them I was going to be there to pick it up. Then there were parts that were broken on it. I spoke with the owner, and he would not fix it or do anything to be helpful at all. The owner was very rude to his own employees as well, but they were nice. I would not suggest buying something from here, but if you did, be very, very careful before you walk out the door and give me your money.

I try to buy a transmission from this Campany and I deposit $500 after 3 weeks they call me and they told me its ready I live 3 hours away from the Campany and I start driving to get my stuff but big accidents happen on the road i send them the picturs what is happening and I went hospital after a week I asked them to refund my deposit money but they ignored me they give priority for money more than humanity its ok if they keep $500 and if they have a big life change people who reads this before you deposit learn from me your money is gone....totally they are money hunger
