I went to shells this morning to purchase a specific vape pen. I knew exactly what I wasn't looking for and expressed my concerns upon checkout. The cashier Nick reassured me that the product in question was indeed what I was looking for. We completed the transaction and I left the store. About 15 mins later I realized that in fact this vape pen was in fact the item I didn't want so I go back in to inform her of the mistake and inquired if I could switch since I had no used it and still have my receipt. She told me there was nothing she could do and to come back later. I go home look over my receipt and notice the vape pen has no plastic on it. ITS BEEN USED!!!! I called shells and asked for the corporate number. The same woman told me she didn't have it and then hung up on me when I did not reveal my identity. IWILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE CONCERNING THIS SITUATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY SELL USED ITEMS!!!!!!

I love this gas station, the manager Nick is so kind and warm hearted! He always asks about us customers and asks what’s we need or what we would like for him to order! It’s a very clean place and always organized. Favorite gas station to go to all time.

The pumps are old and need updated because you can barely see how much each grade of gas is on the pump, then last time I went there the cashier who I'm guessing is a manager named Nick was arguing with an employee right in front of customers which made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. Him and the employee shouldn't have been doing that amongst customers and it was very unprofessional
