I have repeatedly called 3 different locations to get information regarding my mortgage loan, however NOBODY answered the phone at any of the locations. I called in the hours of operation. I still need help with my mortgage, but unsure when I will get it.

Zane was so helpful. He did exactly what he said what he said he was going to do. Great customer service. Whomever is hiring manager does a wonderful job. Either that or whoever trains these employees knows exactly what they are doing and that's what more businesses need. GOOD JOB 1ST NATIONAL!!!!!
