LaserShip delivers packages fast. The service is great. Packages arrive on time and in perfect condition. The driver is polite and courteous. Delivery confirmation is provided with photo. Packages sometimes arrive within two days, sometimes three if backed up. During holiday season, packages were delivered to the doorstep. One noted a box was pried open and not fully taped, but most packages arrived in perfect condition. Another nervous after reading reviews, yet the service was great, with deliveries arrived on Sunday and Monday as estimated. LaserShip has not caused any issues.

Avoid at all costs. I had an order that was split in two. The part that went USPS was delivered. Lasership said it was “undeliverable” to the same address and never responded when I filled out the form. I don’t think they even attempted to deliver it and never contacted me at all.

if i could give it a 0 i would. i have my mail sent to a ups store and have done so since the store opened. the delivery drivers refuse to get the packages there by 7 and just leave it on the sidewalk for anyone to steal. unfortunately i never know when stuff will be sent via laser ship. not a professional company at all.

I have had the same experience as all the other people on here. Said delivered, and the picture was NOT my address.I’m going to contact the BBB, this company must be a scam. They are keeping peoples belongings and selling or something. Too many people saying the same thing!
