Unfortunately I don't remember the name is the person who helped me. I believe it was Josh. I had a freight item that got to them late so it wasn't going out on schedule. he tracked it down and a truck with extra room and got it to me. Above and beyond!

This has been my worst experience with a shipping company I've ever had. I typically don't write reviews, but this was just awful all the way around.They offer a service to pick up items from your residence to ship. I had a time sensitive item that I used this service for. Scheduled a pickup for Monday 4/5 and they gave me a 4 hour delivery window (3:00PM-7:00PM). I had to leave work a little early in order to be home in case they arrived early. Sat around the full 4 hours, no one arrived. I called customer service the following day to check up on the status of my request, and they said it was cancelled. Cool, I understand things happen, so I rescheduled a pickup for the same day, same delivery window and all. Left work early again and got the same exact result, no one showed up. Long story short, it's now Thursday and my item still has not been picked up.....How can I use this service, schedule a pickup on 4 separate occasions, be assured "it would be picked up this time", and find myself in the same position I was in 4 days ago? I never once received a courtesy call to notify me that my pickup was getting cancelled. I had to go out of my way to call and get a status update. The only "apology" I got was from a representative telling me they were sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused. Absolutely unacceptable.I hope no one ever goes the experience I recently just had. Will be using a different service in the future.

I had my package scheduled to be dropped off between 10am-1pm, when I was on the phone with the lady who set up my time I asked if it could be here as soon as possible she told me she would make a note to get it here around 10. I’ve been waiting for 4 hours now so I called fedex again and they told me I’ll get an hour notice from the driver. Even though my package is already late. I’ll never be using fedex for my shipping ever again this is the 3rd time this has happened and it’s only happened with fedex.
